Anti-Trafficking Policy

FanLink has a zero-tolerance policy toward human trafficking, sexual exploitation, and any content or activity that facilitates or promotes the abuse of persons. This policy applies to all creators, users, and content on the platform.
1. Our Commitment
FanLink is committed to combating human trafficking and the sexual exploitation of all persons, particularly minors. We actively work to prevent our platform from being used to exploit, coerce, or traffic individuals and cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.
2. Prohibited Activities
The following are strictly prohibited on FanLink:
- Advertising, soliciting, or facilitating commercial sexual services.
- Recruiting, transporting, or coercing individuals for sexual exploitation.
- Posting content that depicts or promotes trafficking of persons.
- Using the platform to arrange or negotiate acts of sexual exploitation.
- Distributing content of individuals who have been coerced or trafficked.
- Any content involving minors in a sexual context (see our Content Policy).
3. Creator Obligations
All creators must confirm that every person depicted in their content has provided free, prior, and informed consent. Creators must retain signed model release documentation. FanLink requires identity verification for all creators via accredited third-party IDV providers to ensure creators are adults acting of their own free will.
4. How to Report
If you believe any content or activity on FanLink involves human trafficking or sexual exploitation, report it immediately:

- Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC): icactaskforce.org
5. Our Response
Upon receiving a trafficking report we will:
- Immediately suspend the relevant account pending investigation;
- Preserve all relevant account data and content as evidence;
- Report the content and user to NCMEC (for minor-related content) and/or the appropriate law enforcement agency;
- Cooperate fully with any law enforcement investigation.
We permanently ban any account found to be involved in trafficking or exploitation and do not reinstate such accounts under any circumstances.
6. Training & Awareness
FanLink works to ensure that our trust and safety team is trained to recognise indicators of trafficking and exploitation. We review our policies and procedures regularly in line with evolving best practices and legal requirements.
