Content Policy

FanLink is an adult content platform for creators aged 18 and over. All content published on FanLink must comply with this policy, our Terms of Service, and all applicable laws. Violations may result in immediate content removal, account suspension, and referral to law enforcement where required.

1. Age Requirements — Strictly Enforced

Every creator and every person depicted in any content must be at least 18 years of age. FanLink uses third-party identity verification (IDV) for all creators. Uploading, selling, or distributing content that depicts any person under 18 years of age — in any context — is a zero-tolerance violation that results in immediate permanent account termination and reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement.

2. Required Record-Keeping (18 U.S.C. § 2257)

Every creator is the “producer” of their content under 18 U.S.C. § 2257. Before publishing any content depicting a real person, creators must:

• Obtain and retain a government-issued photo ID confirming the person is 18+;
• Record the person's legal name, any stage names, and date of birth;
• Keep these records for the life of the content plus 7 years;
• Make records available for inspection upon lawful request.

3. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited and will be removed immediately:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — any depiction of a minor in a sexual context, real or simulated.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) — content distributed without the explicit consent of everyone depicted.
• Content depicting real persons without consent — including hidden-camera footage, voyeuristic recordings, or deepfakes of real individuals.
• Bestiality — sexual content involving animals.
• Incest — sexual content between family members, real or roleplay presented as real.
• Simulated non-consent presented as real — rape or assault scenarios framed as factual.
• Content glorifying violence — real or graphic violence used for sexual gratification.
• Trafficking-related content — any content that promotes, solicits, or facilitates human trafficking or sexual exploitation.
• Doxxing or harassment — publishing private information about individuals to cause harm.
• Illegal drugs — content that promotes or facilitates the sale of controlled substances.
• Spam or fraudulent content — misleading preview images, fake identity, or deceptive descriptions.

4. Permitted Content

FanLink permits adult content between consenting adults aged 18 and over, including explicit sexual content, nudity, adult roleplay, and pay-per-view adult media, subject to all other rules in this policy.

5. Consent & Model Releases

Every person depicted in content must have given explicit, documented consent. FanLink requires creators to maintain signed model release forms for all persons depicted. See our Model Release & Consent Policy.

6. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content that may violate this policy, please use our Report / Remove Content form. For CSAM reports, we will forward all information to NCMEC and cooperate fully with law enforcement. For NCII removal requests, email [email protected] with subject line “URGENT — NCII Removal”; we aim to respond within 4 hours and complete removal within 24 hours.

7. Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in: content removal, temporary suspension, permanent account termination, forfeiture of pending earnings, and/or referral to law enforcement. We reserve the right to remove any content at our sole discretion and to terminate accounts that repeatedly or seriously violate these rules.
