Data We Collect

• Account information (name, email, Telegram username)
• Identity verification data (processed and retained by our IDV provider – we store only the outcome and a reference ID)
• Payment data (processed by CCBill – we do not store full card numbers)
• Content you upload (images, video, text)
• Messages exchanged on the platform
• Usage data and analytics (page views, feature usage)
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Cookie section below)

Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies for essential platform functions (authentication, session management) and optional analytics. Essential cookies cannot be disabled as they are required for the site to function.

If you are located in the EU, UK, or another jurisdiction requiring cookie consent, you will be presented with a cookie consent banner on first visit. You may withdraw or change your consent at any time using the button below.

Your Rights (GDPR – EU & UK)

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the following rights under GDPR:

• Right of access – request a copy of your personal data
• Right to rectification – correct inaccurate data
• Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”) – request deletion of your data
• Right to restrict processing – limit how we use your data
• Right to data portability – receive your data in a machine-readable format
• Right to object – object to processing based on legitimate interests
• Right to withdraw consent – where processing is based on consent

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information (CCPA – California)

California residents have the right under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) / CPRA to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of their personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.We share limited data with service providers (payment processor, IDV provider, email provider) solely to operate the platform. This sharing is not a “sale” under CCPA.

Data Retention

• Account data: retained while your account is active and for 3 years after deletion (legal compliance)
• Payment records: retained for 7 years (tax/legal requirements)
• IDV records (outcome only): retained for 7 years (18 U.S.C. § 2257 / acquirer requirements)
• Content and messages: retained while your account is active; deleted within 90 days of account closure upon request
• Audit logs: retained for 7 years (immutable; required by acquirer)
