Free Trial Terms — Read Before Confirming

You are signing up for a 14-day free trial of FanLink Pro. You will be charged $0.00 today.

After 14 days, unless you cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged $497.00 USD per month. Your subscription will auto-renew monthly until you cancel.

You will receive a reminder email 3–7 days before your first charge with a cancel link.

Cancel any time at fanlink.tv/dashboard/billing or by emailing [email protected]. Your charge will appear on your statement as FANLINK.TV.

Pay-Per-View Platform Fee

25% platform fee on all pay-per-view (PPV) sales.

Example: a fan pays $20.00 → FanLink retains $5.00 · Creator receives $15.00 before payment-processor fees (~2–4%).

Payouts are processed weekly. PPV purchases are one-time charges (not recurring) and appear on fan statements as FANLINK.TV.

How to Cancel

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time using any of these methods — no phone call required:

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. You will receive a cancellation confirmation email immediately. You will not be charged again after cancellation.

Billing Notifications You Will Receive

  • Enrollment confirmation — immediately after signup, detailing your plan, price, first billing date, and how to cancel.
  • Trial-ending reminder — 3–7 days before your free trial converts to a paid subscription, with a cancel link.
  • Upcoming payment reminder — 3–7 days before each monthly renewal, with a cancel link.
  • Payment receipt — after each successful charge, showing amount, date, and billing descriptor (FANLINK.TV).
  • Cancellation confirmation — immediately after you cancel, confirming your access end date and that no further charges will occur.

Refund Policy

Pro Subscription Refunds

We offer a full refund of the most recent monthly charge if requested within 7 days of the billing date, provided Pro features were not materially used. Submit refund requests to [email protected]. Refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Pay-Per-View Fan Refunds

Fans may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase if content was not delivered or materially misrepresented. Contact [email protected].

Non-Refundable

Subscription fees for months already fully used, PPV fees for content that was delivered as described, and payout processing fees are non-refundable.

All prices are in US Dollars (USD). Charges appear on your statement as FANLINK.TV, processed by CCBill LLC (ISO/MSP of Esquire Bank NA, Jericho, NY).

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and other major credit/debit cards via our adult-specialist payment processor. 3-D Secure (3DS2) verification may be required by your card issuer. EU buyers are fully supported under PSD2.
