How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice
To be effective under the DMCA, your written notice must include ALL of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are covered by a single notification.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material on our platform (e.g., URL or description).
- Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Counter-Notification
If material you posted was removed in response to a DMCA notice that you believe was filed in error or based on misidentification of the material, you may submit a counter-notification. A valid counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the district in which your address is located (or if outside the US, any judicial district in which FanLink may be found).

Repeat Infringers
FanLink will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances, consistent with our Content Policy.
Non-Consensual Intimate Images (NCII)
For urgent removal requests related to non-consensual intimate imagery or content depicting you without your consent, please email our designated agent directly at the address above and mark your subject line “URGENT — NCII Removal.” We aim to acknowledge these requests within 4 hours and complete removal within 24 hours.
