Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy explains how Fluxus AG(“we”, “us”, or “our”) uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on the FanLink platform (“Platform”). It supplements our Privacy Policy.
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by websites you visit. They are widely used to make websites work, improve efficiency, and provide information to site owners. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, and pixels.
2. How We Use Cookies
We use cookies in the following categories:
Strictly Necessary Cookies
These cookies are essential for the Platform to function and cannot be switched off. They are set in response to actions you take, such as logging in or setting your privacy preferences. Without these cookies, services you have asked for cannot be provided.
- Session / Authentication: Keeps you logged in during your session. Duration: session.
- CSRF Protection: Prevents cross-site request forgery attacks. Duration: session.
- Cookie Consent State: Remembers your cookie consent choice. Duration: 12 months.
Functional Cookies
These cookies allow the Platform to remember choices you make (such as your preferred language or display settings) to provide enhanced, personalized features. They do not track your browsing activity on other sites.
- Preferences: Stores UI preferences (e.g., theme, notification settings). Duration: 12 months.
Analytics Cookies
These cookies help us understand how visitors interact with the Platform by collecting and reporting information anonymously. We use this information to improve the Platform. Analytics cookies are only set with your consent.
- Usage analytics: Tracks aggregate page views, feature usage, and session data. Duration: up to 24 months.
3. Third-Party Cookies
Our payment processor, CCBill LLC, may set cookies as part of the payment flow. These are subject to CCBill’s own privacy and cookie policies. We do not control third-party cookies.
Our identity-verification provider (Persona or Veriff) may also set session cookies during the IDV flow. These are strictly necessary for the verification process.
4. Your Choices
You can control and manage cookies in several ways:
- Our Privacy Center: Visit our Privacy Center to manage your cookie preferences at any time.
- Browser settings:Most browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies. Consult your browser’s help documentation for instructions. Note that disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from logging in or using core Platform features.
If you are located in the EU, UK, or another jurisdiction requiring cookie consent, you will be presented with a consent banner on your first visit. You may withdraw or change your consent at any time via the Privacy Center.
5. Do Not Track
Some browsers include a “Do Not Track” (DNT) feature. Because there is currently no universally accepted standard for how websites should respond to DNT signals, we do not currently alter our data collection practices in response to DNT signals. We will revisit this policy if a standard is adopted.
6. Changes to This Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
7. Contact Us
