Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy describes your right to cancel your FansLink subscription and request a refund. Charges appear on your card statement as FANLINK.TV, processed by CCBill LLC.
1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will not be charged again after cancellation. See our How to Cancel page for step-by-step instructions.
Methods to cancel (no phone call required):
- Online (instant): Dashboard → Billing → Cancel Subscription

2. Subscription Refunds
We offer a full refund of the most recent monthly charge if requested within 7 days of the billing date, provided Pro features were not materially used during that period. Submit refund requests to [email protected]. Refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
First-time subscriber guarantee: If you are a first-time subscriber and cancel within 3 days of your first charge, you are entitled to a full refund upon request.
3. Pay-Per-View Refunds
Pay-per-view (PPV) content purchases are generally non-refundable due to the immediate digital delivery of content upon payment. Exceptions apply if:
- The content was not delivered after payment;
- The content was materially different from what was described.
For PPV refund claims, contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours of purchase.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Subscription fees for months already fully used;
- PPV fees for content that was delivered as described;
- Payment processor transaction fees.
5. Chargeback Policy
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at [email protected] or CCBill Consumer Support at support.ccbill.com (1-888-596-9279) before initiating a chargeback.
6. Billing Descriptor
Charges will appear on your card statement as FANLINK.TV. If you do not recognise a charge, contact us or CCBill Consumer Support before disputing with your bank.
